In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we do request at least 24 hours' notice to honor a reschedule request. The fee remains non-refundable, and no cash value refunds will be issued.

All no-show appointments are nonrefundable and reschedules are not authorized. A "no-show" is defined as a participant failing to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

The amount of time listed on the package is the time you have in the rooms to demolish your breakables. Each time slot is booked in advance, please be mindful that arriving late will result in a shorter session. No refunds will be issued.
