All participants must wear closed-toed shoes. All participants must wear pants and long-sleeved shirts or jumpsuit. Jumpsuits are subject to availability.

Rules and Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session and receive a full refund, you must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. No refunds will be issued same day.

All participants must wear proper closed-toe shoes. Individuals in flip flops or open toed shoes will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be issued.

Participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled session to confirm signed waiver, attend safety briefing and get suited up. The amount of time listed on the package is the time you have in the rooms to demolish your breakables. Each time slot is booked in advance, please be mindful that arriving late will result in a shorter session. No refunds will be issued.

Splatter sessions welcome participants aged three and older.

Shatter sessions are exclusive to individuals aged 10 years and above.

A liability waiver must be completed for each participant prior to engaging in the activity. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each youth/minor participant. Participates 16 y/o and younger must be accompanied by someone 21+ years of age during shatter sessions
